First Eucharist

 

The parish provides instruction for parents and children to help in this preparation through a curriculum approved by the Bishop, family events, and a retreat.  Children should be registered in either the parish school or religious education program for the entire year.

 

PLEASE NOTE: If a child is not registered in a Catholic school, he/she must be enrolled in religious education classes on Wednesday evenings, in addition to participating in the sacramental preparation.

 

 

Confirmation & First Eucharist Preparation Meetings 2011

October 4th, 6:30pm  (Parents only)  Meet in the church. 

****Babysitting will be available in the Educare building.**** 

 

IMPORTANT: Please bring copy of child's Baptismal certificate and $20.00 sacramental preparation fee for materials as well.  

 

October 18th, 6:30pm  (Parents & children) Meet in the church.  Fr. Vic will instruct parents, and Cecilia will instruct children. 

 

November 15th, 6:30 p.m. (Parents & children) Meet in the church. Fr. Vic will instruct parents, while Cecilia instructs the children.

 

November 29th, 6:30 p.m. (Parents & children) Meet in the church. Fr. Vic will instruct parents, while Cecilia instructs children.

 

December 3rd, Practice, 10:00am.  Meet in church.  One parent and/or sponsor MUST attend with child. 

 

December 4th, Sacraments of Confirmation and First Eucharist---Mass time TBA---Reception immediately following in the parish hall.
