First Eucharist: Preparation for First Eucharist is a parent responsiblity.  The parish provides instruction for parents and children to help in this preparation through a curriculum approved by the Bishop, family events, and a retreat.  Children should be registered in either the parish school or religious education program for the entire year. 

Confirmation & First Eucharist Preparation Meetings 2009 

Octoner 15, 7:00pm  Parent Meeting -  Meet in Adult Center.  Bring copy of child's Baptismal certificate and a small photo.   

October 19, 7:00pm  Family Event -  Meet in church.  Fr. John will instruct parents, Dona will instruct children. 

November 9, 7:00pm Famliy Event - Meet in church

November 21, Retreat, 9:00am-Noon.  Meet in the gym.  Bring a sack lunch.  Many parents are needed to help with this event

December 12, Practice, 10:00am.  Meet in church.  One parent and/or sponsor MUST attend with child. 

December 13, Sacraments of Confirmation and First Eucharist, 11:15 Mass.  Reception immediately following in the parish hall.
