Reach Youth Ministry Retreat at Gonzaga University:

May 16-18^th there will be a retreat at Gonzaga University for current

7^th graders through 12^th graders at Gonzaga University.

This is an excellent opportunity for these youth to have a fun, but spiritually fulfilling weekend.  I will distribute information at Youth Group, you may also check out the details at http://reachym.com/events/.  There are a great deal of activities happening around this time, so if we are to send any youth to this retreat we need the assistance of some parent volunteers to chaperone.  I have one, but I need at least one more.  Please contact Jeanette if you can help!  We will also need drivers on Friday get to Gonzaga and Sunday to return to St. Mary’s.  This retreat is one in which the youth and chaperones will be staying in the residence halls at Gonzaga.  The cost per person is $75 in advance or $85 at the door.  There is no charge for chaperones.

Mexico Mission

Four youth from St. Mary’s and 15 others from around the diocese will be heading to Mexico on June 22 and returning on June 29 for a week of service in Vincente Guerrero.  St. Mary’s is sponsoring a “Yard Sale” in the Gym on Saturday, May 10 from 8 AM to 1 PM.  We have already received some donations and we will accept donations until May 7.  Please mark your calendar for May 10 to peruse the treasures and make a donation to the Mexico Mission.  We appreciate your support!
